Pivotal Fitness Charging my debit card for 11 months, after I made atleast 8 phone calls to have it canceled. Charleston, South Carolina

Hi there, fair warning to all, Pivotal Fitness is one of the most scandalous companies that exist.  Their entire goal from step one is to take you for all they can.  I can go through every detail, but basically they lied during the sign up, essentially made it nearly impossible to cancel my "30 day trial", and have charged my debit card for the last 11 months even though I was told my account was canceled.  

This is the kind of company that puts you on 45 minute waits, then tells you to call a different number with a different extension number as well.  They need to be shut down, this gym is on par with time shares and apartment complexes as far as their total lack of concern for customer satisfaction, and singular focus for ripping each customer off for the maximum amount possible. 

Of course, with the full knowledge that a new potential customer will be walking through the door shortly.  Don't be that person, please help put this absolutely scandalous company out of business by not patronizing them.  Thanks, and good luck finding a gym that will treat you right.
