PLANET FORD HUMBLE RANDALL REED FORD Cash For Clunkers bait and switch HOUSTON, Texas

On 8-21 I called Planet Ford Humble and asked if they were still doing the cash for clunker program. They said "yes", I then drove there to purchase a Ford Escape. When I got there the first thing I asked the salesman is " are you still doing the cash for clunkers deal" again the answer was yes. After sighing the paperwork I noticed the contract showed me getting 3,500 for my truck, I told Chris ( the finance person ) my truck qualified for 4,500 he said the mpgs old vehicle vs new must be 10mpg better. When I told him " no it's only 5mpgs difference" he responded well were really not doing the cash for clunkers deal anymore. The following three days I called the dealer and asked are you still doing the cash for clunkers deal and each time they responded yes.
