Plasma And Projectors ripoff Saline Michigan

I purchased a Plasma TV from this seller on eBay. After "buy it now", the seller contacted me and proceeded to sell me items he said were essential for the operation of the TV. One item was a TV ceiling mount which I received along with the TV and am happy with. The other was a panasonic input card for the TV which he said was needed because the TV didn't come with any inputs. I agreed on the TV mount and the input
card which I found out later comes standard and factory installed on all panasonic TV's. I paid using a wire transfer.

When the TV came in it had the invoice with it. On the invoice it had that I purchased for $399.00 a 4 year extended warranty. Also there was no mention of the
input card. Listed also was two BNC to RCA cables for $198 which I did not order. When confronted he laughed at me. And now he has complained to eBay that I haven't paid him. I have all the proof I need that I paid him by wire transfer. I have kept every scrap of paper from this transaction. I found out that this is a kid just out of highschool and thinks it's funny.
