I am filing a report because a friend had fraudulently used my personal banking information to obtain credit from online. I called the company for a refund. They said that the only way I could obtain a refund is to fax in a notarized letter from the bank that states that this was the case.
I have done so. I called them back to verify that they had received the letter. I have only been put on hold for 30 mins just to be told to call back in 2 hours due to high call volume. I called various times. I went to the main page for other contact info. The number listed there directs you to a talk line. Other credits were taken out of my account for $19.95 from a company called USA Credit which I suspect is linked to this company as well.
Protect yourself, file a report and get a new checking account number.
