On July 27th,2008 I placed an online order to PlayfulPlushToys.com for a gift for my granddaughter. Put it on a gift card I had recieved and was charged immediately. Recieved an email confirmation from sean@playfulplushtoys.com and an order number. No tracking number was given. Items were never recieved, no one can be reached by phone, all extensions go to the same person Randy Plaice president and founder. Left numerous messages to no avail. Emailed the above sean@playfulplushtoys.com questioning why and where are the products I ordered. It came back Mailer Daemon. The gifts were very special for her, and even though the amount is not exhuberant. This website is not on the up and up. The gift card company cannot help me they said, I have to contact the merchant. What next? Thankyou for any help. Jo
