Pocono Record Defamation of character Lehighton Pennsylvania

Many years ago, I had domestic issue which warranted police intervention however, pocono record was able to get a hold of this and make this a criminal issue. The domestic issue was resolved in apeaceful manner and no one was harmed or arrested thus, there is no criminal records that exist under my name or my families name. After contacting Pocono record to let them know they told me to get a lawyer to get the record removed and they refused to take down the information that police was callled to my home even after having spoken to magistrate whom stated there is no reports on me. I am planning to get a lawyer to sue them on basis of defamation of character. I hope that FBI guys are on them for this cos they are using my name to make money on me which of course they deny but each time others click on my name and click on their page, they are making a profit. They are nothing but frauds and rip off artist and i will expose them for this.
