I have been requesting a payoff from Tom Fendick since December 2007, he has done nothing but lie, scheme and deny in order to keep the monthly payments coming in, and if you are late, yes he will work with you all the while lying about the bank having your file wanting to repossess the vehicle, I need some good faith money for the banker.  He is the banker, Tom Fendick is the lien holder, however, he is also a lawyer who failed miserably in New York and came here to run his uncle's used/buy here/pay here car lot.

I have made substantial payments, yes, I have been behind, however, as state law dictates, if the dealer took the payments and they were late that dealer has set a precedence of accepting late payments acknowledging that this is okay with them, breaching their own contract.  Acceptable behavior.

DO NOT ENTERTAIN WORKING WITH THIS MAN, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS MAN, HE IS NOT WHOM HE SEEMS, AND HE DOES NOT PRACTICE GOOD DEALERSHIP SKILLS, AND HE HAS NO IDEA OF HOW TO WORK IN THE FINANCE INDUSTRY.
