Ponderosa Family Physicians, Dr. Wanna fraud/false billing to insurance Aurora Colorado

I came to this office to get an IUD (birth control) removed.  I had insurance and this is covered under the Well Women's exam per Federal regulations, however, this office charged me for surgery which I never had and still want to collect $110 from me.  This procedure is simply pulling on strings and it is removed - 10 seconds tops.  No surgery.  Ever.  This office also uses scare tactics to push you into other unecessary procedures and runs lab tests for no reason, without your permission.  I have talked to 2 other doctors who couldn't believe that that was their approach.

I have been there before for my daughter's Well Child exam for school and they took blood from her before I realized what they were doing.  When I asked about what the blood p***k was for, they looked at me like I was psycho and gave no reason.  When questioned again, they only told me, "it's procedure".  No blood tests were done (at least that's what they told me) and no results were given about the blood sample.  They acted like they didn't know what I was talking about.  

I have been going here for about 20 years and will never be going back. They are a scam and frauding people out of their money and time on unnecessary procedures, or non-existant procedures.  Very sketchy...  They always want to schedule you for multiple visits but don't ever want to do anything.  They only want to talk and charge you.  If you go there, plan on going way more than once.
