Pool and Spa Depot Was purchased in Cookeville, but the Nashville store is also involved. Feel like we got ripped off. The customer service has been horrible, the people in charge are rude once they have your money. Cookeville Tennessee

We purchased our pool from Pool and Spa Depot in Cookeville, TN in April of 2012. We bought an 18 foot round above ground, and it was the Gold Package (almost $4000.00.)  This spring (2015) we noticed a leak coming right through a hole in the metal. It appeared to look like a leak in the liner slowly wore a hole through the metal, and it was leaking out onto the ground. This leak was in the side of the pool, not on the bottom. We immediately reported this on April 11th and sent pictures to Jim at the Cookeville store. We were then told that we had to contact the Nashville store and talk to Steve to have this handled. To make a long story short, last Saturday, June 13th we confirmed with the Cookeville store that they would be here at 8:30 this morning to replace the metal and liner.  At 10:00 a.m. I called Cookeville and Jim said "didn't Steve call you and tell you." I said "what." He said that Nashville got the wrong pool from the manufacturer and that it was the wrong size.  On top of everything, the leak caused the water to get low and when we took the cover off to finish draining the pool we discovered more damage of the top rails on that side of the pool, so the top now must be replaced also.

I feel that they don't care because they are taking NEW money and they already have ours. This entire week is going to be upper 80's to mid 90's and we can not use our pool. It has been well over 2 months now of waiting and being talked to rudely. Our grandkids have been waiting to go swimming. I am disgusted with this company.

Pool and Spa Depot replaced the pool and made things right. Guys worked through the rain. We will be swimming soon! Thanks Pool and Spa Depot!
