I specifically made an appointment for an adjustment and no consultation.
Mr Charles Jeffery did exactly that. Performed the adjustment with no consultation as per the arrangement on booking.
Upon paying I unfortunately didn't check the debit amount and payed for a consultation I did not receive.
The staff member who took the payment informed me they would adjust it the following day. This did not take place.
Upon speaking to Mr Charles Jeffery he informed that he would not resolve this issue and told me not to return if I was unhappy.
Obviously I will not return to such a dishonest health care provider. If they cannot run an honest business and have such poor customer service I certainly would not trust this individual with my health.
