• One of the groomers (BF) is allowed by the owner and the staff to do the following to "bad" dogs (bad meaning they wiggle, cry, or resist grooming):  Open hand slap, punch, pull hair, scream at, threaten and pull of the grooming table.  She will lift them up by their scruffs and throw them down.  She will also throw them up against the wall in the tub.  Once she carried a small dog by its tail across the shop while the poor dog screamed.  The owner knows about the behaviour and ignores it.  It's sickening. She will do this whether the dog is misbehaving or not.  Most dogs will misbehave while being groomed. They are, after all, DOGS.  They do not deserve to be treated this way.  She will beat them until they defecate on her table.  She will brush out matting and tangles while the dog screams in pain. Go in on a Saturday morning and listen.... You'll hear it. 


• Daycare is unmonitored, unsupervised, and not kept clean.  Dogs are thrown in a room together to "play" without anyone watching over them.  By "play" they mainly bark and go to the bathroom all over, then walk in it.  No food, treats, toys, or soft surfaces to lay on. 


• The entire environment of the shop is stressful and nerve wracking.  The staff is constantly bickering.  The owner is the worst of them all, often encouraging a "factory" like dog grooming shop.  Dogs are churned out, mistreated, and ABUSED by a groomer.


• The owner herself has injured dogs and denied any wrong doing.  Injuries are more likely to occur in a stressful shop environment. Paw pads get shaved off.  Ears get cut until they bleed.  Mats get pulled out.
