Positive voyage Called the number no answer, called bank to cancel/ get refund said to call company, filed a bank Internet

I purchased a bracelet but never got it, months later I’m still being charged. I called my bank but they took a report down stating it was an unauthorized purchase and to refund but pending investigation. I was to call the company. I did butnit goes to voice mail every time. Never a human to talk to. 5 months now it’s been going on and just saw another barge today! Product never r expected. It’s a scam of some kind and i lose money every month. Stuck between a rock and a hard place.
