On December 7,2016 funds were deducted from my account for 3 items I ordered. The amounts were .51 4.98 and 6.98.

I have not received these items. I have tried calling the phone #1 415 670 9393 and it rings once and then busy signal.

On December 28, 2016 another deduction was taken from my account in the amount of 19.98. This is suppose to be a membership fee, that wasn't aware of.

I have sent an email requesting they refund my money and cancel the membership.
