These people go under alot of different ECommerce names. Be very careful they are very good Con artists. They can make it sound so good, then they reel you in. They tell you it will cost you some money but if you do it the way they say you will make it all back. They suggest (very very strongly)that you put it on a credit card then apply for a new card in the company name and move the charges to the company because that it what it is for, and you could get 18 months intrest free. They claim to be there for you all the way, because that is what you are paying for, "their services", which include personal coaching, webinars, an LLC, a web page, drop shippers for your products, they will be there to walk you through the affiliate marketing proccess. Within 1 week of me starting with Post The Link, LLC., Daeus Financial called and said now was the time to set up an LLC which was more money. When I said I was told that it was included in the original purchase price, He informed me that I was mistaken, and  that the lowest priced LLC was $1230.00. He suggested that I purchase the one that would cover more then one(1) llc entity, which was $2700.00.  Within 2 weeks the coaching dept was no longer online. They lied! They were shut down. Now my money is gone. These people need to be stopped. I filed with the BBB,  Attorney Generals office, FTC. the online BBB. If I would have known about Ripoff Report I would have filed here sooner. I would have checked them out here before I purchased anything.

Salesman LIE To Get Your Money

AUTHOR: Disgusted - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, June 03, 2014

There are dozens of companies' based out or Orem, UT and surrounding areas whom have learned how to manipulate the legal system with complicated contracts. These companies hire aggressive salesman to con you into a binding contract through a "shrink-wrap agreement." Since there is a contract involved, the credit card company will not waive the charges and you are held responsible for a debt that occurred due to fraud from these questionable internet companies offering you a work-at-home business opportunity.

  • If some telemarketer calls you with some fantastic offer claiming "you will make money" from their service. You should be very wary of the services provided.
  • If you were not looking to start a home business, why do you think these people are calling you?
  • Be aware of "undue influence" pressuring you to sign up right now! Demand a copy of the contract to review before making any financial decision or giving them any credit card information.

Most of these internet based companies are all partners in a loop of interconnected services and your phone number gets traded as a potential customer to promote some online business or offer you coaching to further rip you off and drive your credit deeper into debt. An LLC is typically set up to protect your personal assets and create a financial "safety net" when the business fails due to unreasonable credit card debt. All these marketing companies never produce results from any of the services provided through "unconscionable contracts" which are written to deceive consumers with little business experience.

Amazon sells a "call blocker" to stop the private number calls from ringing the phone line and it also allows you to block any number that keeps soliciting more home based business opportunities and other unwanted calls. This option is working for me because I am sick of all the unwanted sales calls from these companies and can't deal with all the pressure from these companies demanding more money without any certaintty it will produce results.
