Bob conned my company out of $550. He told me that he sent two checks in the mail. They never arrived. Bob is a career criminal so he knows how to sound very convincing on the phone. He assured me that the checks must have been lost, so he sent another one. That check bounced. Bob told me that the check was "encoded wrong".  Mr. Pachaly then tried to con me into giving him my account number. My bank was very suspicious at this point. They did an investigation and found out that the check was returned due to insufficient funds. I called him every day to collect my money, but  Bob knows a corrupt deputy in that town who threatened me. I will deal with Bob another way. I am going to make sure that everybody knows what a lowlife he is. It's only a matter of time before Bob Pachaly goes back to prison.
