Power Seller Digital Horrible Company - Bait & Switch - Scam you for the 15% restocking fee! BUYER BEWARE Internet

I bought a camera for my daughter for Christmas from Power Seller Digital.  When I ordered it from there site, it was available and in stock.  I paid to have rush delivery so that I could make sure I had it in time for Christmas.  3 to 4 days later, I still didn't have the camera.  I called them to follow up and they said they sent me an email letting me know it was no longer available (never received the email - even checked my spam folder) and that I could buy a different one that they had in stock.  They assured me that it had all of the same features but was just the next model up.  They told me it was a bit more than the other model.  They promised I would have it by Christmas.  I get the camera and it does not have the same features and I had to go and buy it from somewhere else. 

I called them to return it and they told me their computers just went down and someone would call me back in 30 minutes.  Of course no one called me back.  I called back an hour later to be told that they would email me the instructions for the return.  Of course I never get an email.  Then the New Years holiday comes and they are closed for days.  I finally call back and get someone and they tell me that I am past the 7 day return period.  After explaining that I had tried to return but no one ever sent me the info I needed they re-emailed me the form.  That is when you get hit with the 15% restocking fee for ANY return.  I explain to them that I was told this camera had all of the same features and he told me it was my fault that I didn't do the research on my own, there is nothing they can do about the restocking fee. 

I explain that I shouldn't be charged a re-stocking fee for them lying to me about the camera and its features.  The guy says that I should be more careful when buying things and should do my research.  Nothing they can do about the restsocking fee.  I tell him that I guess the reports I have read online were correct and he literally goes off on me that it is customers like me that give them a bad name.  HA!  Please DO NOT buy anything from this company!  They are horrible, definitely a scam company looking to make $ from their re-stocking fees.  I never even took the camera out of the box!  Do your homework, read the other reviews - Don't let this happen to you!
