Sean Marsh from Power Sellers Templates was asked to redesign our Ebay Store.

At every step of the way he was hard to contact - did not reply to emails, did not call back, did not attend scheduled phone hook ups even when the time and date was chosen by him. Repeatedly he set a deadline for completion of a certain step and then would fail to meet the deadline and would fail to make to contact to say what the delay was.

The design of the store was good but after three months I still do not not have a completed Ebay store or a new listings template so I can add the items which are now piling up. The completion date was estimated to be 2 months ago!

I have written to and phoned him 4 times since our last failed meeting time (I was available!) but no contact.

This has been a very frustating process and has taken far too much of my time in chasing Sean. It has also contributed to a decline in the sales on our store which had previously been very healthy.
