MIO Card, and the ITC Financial are rip off's, if you have a company that puts a hold on your card, for any amount, and then they want to release the funds back to you, this company will NOT do it for 30 Calendar days, regardless if you have the company that puts the hold on the money, and refunds it back to you.

They are rude, when companies contact them on behalf of their Clint, they are told they can't do nothing for you, even if they give all the merchant information that is on hand to release the funds.

This company has many names, and I bought this card at Dollar Store/Family Dollar Store. If you see the words MIO money, MIO CARD or anything please read the back of the prepaid card before buying and and if it has mio etc, ITC Financial IT Financial from GA DO NOT BUY it.

These cards are issued by The Bancorp Bank, Wilmington, Delaware; Member FDIC. The Mio Card is distributed and serviced by either  ITC Financial Licenses, Inc. or IH Financial Licenses, Inc., depending on the state or territory in which this Card is purchased.
