On or about July 15th 1999 we had Precision Air do a routine maintenance check on our air conditioning system. Up To this date our air conditioners were operating normally. At this time the technician said we needed to have our inside and outside coils cleaned with muradic acid. This procedure was done and the technician assured us that we should not have any problems, but in one or two days our air conditioner unit failed to operate.

When calling Precision Air for service they stated it would be 3 or 4 days before any one would be able to look at the problem.

On July 21, 1999 we had a visit from precision air and advised the technician the inside condenser coil was icing up and needed some Freon. He said let me check it out and then came back and agreed in fact that our system indeed needed some freon, but refused to add any before they did a leak check for $310.00, though the agreement states "add Freon R-22 if needed"
Thinking this was an excessive charge I denied them doing it. All I wanted is for them to add some Freon to my system per their service agreement. After many debates they claimed to have added the Freon, but the problem persisted.

On August 8th 1999 an independent air conditioner repair service was called. Indeed a leak of suspicious character was discovered and repaired.

Due to the circumstances and lack of service, we feel the service agreement was breached by Precision Air.
By not adding freon on the initial call and then refusing to add any more freon ever as stated in the service agreement. Charging for diagnosis for a problem that should have been found on the initial service call
Failing to give 24hr emergency response.

On July 31,1999, I called them to cancel our agreement, they refused to do so. Even though it is not stated in their terms and conditions of the agreement. That it was a non-cancelable agreement.
Their response was that I had 3 days to cancel.
I was never informed of this condition and it is not stated in the agreement.

Since then we have not heard from them and they have not returned any of my telephone calls. I need to resolve this situation.
