Preferred Platinum Services Network Home Based Associate Program Did not pay as promised. Cancelled the program I was in and would not allow any phone calls in to the company only through the US Mail. Go figure, I have not been paid and they will not reply to my letters. Toms River New Jersey

I signed up for the home-based program with Preferred Platinum Services in the first part of July, 2008. The company said they would pay .95 for every postcard that was processed correctly and returned to them. The very first 100 postcards that I did I sent in and I received a confirmation letter stating that they had received them and that they were done correctly. They said that my check for $95.00 would be mailed out on July 25.

In that same letter promising to send my check they said that due to negative comments they were having to stop this particular program. They said that anyone who prepaid for their materials would be refunded within 30 days. Keep in mind this is still in July, 2008. I had prepaid $95.00 for my next batch of 500 postcards to be sent to me when I sent in my first 100 postcards.

A couple of weeks went by and I waited for my check to come in and I receive another letter offering me to transfer my $80.00 deposit that I put down to get into this program into a different program. This program was based on commission. I checked no that I wanted my deposit refunded to me along with the $95.00 for my initial 100 post-cards and $95.00 for my pre-paid materials. In total, they owe me $270.00. Of course, as of September 22, 2008 they have not paid me.

This company in my opinion is a total rip-off. They should not be allowed to do this to people.
