I also got ripped off by this company. I did the same thing you did but I spent 125.00. It seem to be a legit company at the time but it is a scam just like all the others. I did report the to BBB.org and that is not all im going to do i will try my best to see that not one else gets ripped off by theses thoughtless people again.
I have sent them a letter and I have not recieved anything back yet. I did what the instructions told me to do i mailed the postcards a day after I got them to make sure they wuld get them in 5 days. i did what they told me to do and they can't even do what they said they would do. You will get what you deserve. God will handle you and I WILL DO EVERYTHING IN MY POWER ALSO!!!!!

Yes a willam did call me and state that he was oing to sue me 2 weeks ago for the complaint i made to this site and the BBB. I have caller id and block on my phone so either unblock your number or you can put in your number. I called the number back where he called me froma and it was not Willam it was a kelly lie number one. He said that he would send me a 95.00 check for the postcards that i did send back the next day priority mail after I got them and my 35.00 material and handleing fee. he has sent me a 90.00 check but it was suppose to be 95.00 as what we talked about on the phone. This 90.00 check HAS NOT BEEN CASHED I STILL HAVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lie number 2. He has yet to send me my 35.00 material fee lie number 3. 100% FALSE REPORT

100% FALSE COMPLAINT and NOT ACCURATE. On 7/11/2008 Ms. Lenaya Pettus, of Lakewood, WA, enrolled in one our company's DISCONTINUED homebased business opportunities. Unfortunately Ms. Pettus did NOT follow the simple instructions provided by our company after her enrollment, nor did she complete the required task and mail her postcards back to our company within the required 5-day return period. Therefore, on 7/25/2008 our company issued Ms. Pettus a full refund of the initial $90 fee she paid to participate in our program.
Preferred Platinum Services Network is more than happy to provide a certified copy of Ms. Lenaya Pettus's cashed refund check, thus proving she did indeed receive a refund. We are also more than happy to provide consumers with copies of the legal contract she signed with our company, as well as all additional correspondences sent to her which were subsequently ignored by her.
I would also like to make an important point when considering the validity of a complaint, if Ms. Pettus felt cheated why would she not list her complete name, address, email, and telephone number on her complaint so that she could be contacted to verify her accusations? Unfortunately, people such as Ms. Pettus are looking to simply slander a company's name due to their own unsubstantiated dissatisfaction and they CANNOT provide proof of their complaint, nor will they list their contact information so that potential customers can verify their complaint. It is also very important to note that our company deals with thousands of potential customers each month and regardless of how well a company handles its customer service, their will always be complaints from individuals who are wrong and file complaints because they do not get what they feel they should, even though they are themseleves 100% WRONG.
If you wish to contct our company please feel free to call 732-696-0049 anytime Mon - Fri 9 AM to 5 PM EST.
Sincerely,
William Palermo
