Please be aware that upon paying any fees owed to your finance company that Premier Finance Adjusters will charge you another $500 to get your vehicle out of the storage lot after paying all your payments to the actual finance company you owe. This company is very Deceiving, the same employees even answer the phone with 100 different names. Nothing about them is honest and the Attorney General of PA has been made aware and investigating Premier Finance Adjusters for there tactics. Regardless if you paid your bill on time or not, you have rights and laws are in place for issues such as fruadulent companies such as Premier Finance Adjusters. I was also charged an additional $550 for a flat bed that didnt exsist but can provide photos and security footage from a business establishment from across the street from the so called repo yard proving no flat bed tow truck was used. This company is most likely owned by your finance company, the finance company itself owns many auto finace companies under several names which then hires there own repo company to charge you even more fees after they are paid. Pyramid Scam! They have one objective, pay there extortion fees or they auction your car. What about the (3) days they havent answered the phone to release my car? Why should I pay (3) days that they havent answered the phone to do there job? If you are in this situation contact your local Consumer Affairs and Attorney Generals Office. This company is licensed, but not for long. The more complaints the quicker the license is revoked and closed up for good.
