I have a warranty through American Home Shield, and had trouble with my jacuzzi tub, which they cover. The only plumber assigned to the area is Premier Plumbing. The first trip was the owner who basically said he knew nothing of tubs. He sent another person that works for him in. He took the information to replace the pump, not clear, but this person may have even taken out the pump, as he asked did it ever trip the breaker. Then he was doing some testing, the breaker tripped, and he said "well, if it was not shot before, it is now." He left telling me he would order the part to fix. Two weeks passed, as did many calls to American Home Shield. They then sent a third person out who did the same thing, took the part number, etc. Another two weeks passed..nothing. I called American Home Shield, they were told the part was on back order. When AHS called Premier, apparently it was not ordered at all. We are 9 days short of two months, and nothing has changed. I called in a second order for a separate leak on Monday, Premier was assigned, it is Friday, still no call. I called American Home Shield, and even they agreed Premier was so bad, that they sent a non-contracted plumber out, who fixed my second leak in one hour! I called back American Home Shield about the jacuzzi, and they have now finally assigned a different plumber, after calling Premier and getting the same reaction I always get. (I was shocked the phone was even answered.) Hopefully now, I may get some service. These people almost cost me my relationship with American Home Shield, who I have never had a problem with. By the way, I am not the type of person who complains by any means, but this was absolutely ridiculous. Interestingly, when the plumber came out to fix my leak, he asked me, so you have been having problems with a plumber? I said yes, and he asked me if he could guess who it was. And yes, he guessed Premier.. I strongly suggested to AHS today that they find another plumber who can service Winnebago County customers. Not sure what they can do there, but they did add me to a list, that if I have plumbing issues, that Premier is not to be contacted.. That is really bad! Shockingly, Premier can't be found on any internet yellow pages for me to leave a review, so the review must go here. Do yourself a favor, and stay away!!!

Premier has agreed to fix the jacuzzi after speaking with American Home Shield today. This is a step in the right direction. I emailed them tonight to see how long the wait time will be for the part, and am awaiting the response. Definitely a step in the right direction. All we want is the job done, and decent communication. If we get that, we will remove reports. I have no interest in injuring a company's credibility, unless it is well deserved. Hopefully, this will be a fresh start.

Your service was poor enough that AHS had to send someone else out. Your guys were here three times, the second and third time they took the part number, do you find that curious? I am sure you can back that up with emails. And you never return my calls, not sure why that is.. By the way, it's still not fixed. And now, when I talk to AHS, they tell me you want me to remove negative feedback on the internet?? This could maybe get done, if you guys would take care of the work that is assigned to you..

first off,
you are required by american homeshield to pay your your service fee when the service tech ARRIVES at the home.read your contract
secondly;you seem to have left out the part where we were there twice,climbed through a miniature hole to test your pump.we then told you and american home shield that we were not whilrpool experts and that you or they should contact the manufacturer after we determined the pump was bad.
american home shield asked us to attempt to retrieve the pump because they had no contract with the manufacturer.so we returned a 3rd time and crawled back under your whilrpool deck to retrieve numbers and specs.
because we dont handle whirlpools pumps, this took almost a week to track down the pump manufacturer.the pump is not made by the whirlpool company.so at this time i have 3 trips and several hours into your tub for 60.00 dollars.so this "we took your money and ran" thing, you can shove.
your leak call on monday was dispatched right after i talked to you on phone ,when i told you i had no update on your pump arrival time.oh,guys who take your money and run dont talk to you on the phone.so there is more b.s.by you.
i told american home shield there was a 4-6 week wait for this pump.5 weeks had elapsed when you cancelled the call.one week was used just finding your pump.
you called me several times,american home shield called me several times and i told everyone the same thing.,i am at the mercy of the manufacturer.i dont build these pumps.your tub is old and they dont have pumps laying around on the shelf waiting for you to buy one.they are made to order.
now if you can produce any evidence that american home shield said i never ordered the part,you better present it.
its also funny how you never mention the other times i have done work for you without a single problem.
i can back everything i have stated here with emails and paper evidence of orders and american homeshield has every conversation i had with them on file.
i did not want this job and told everyone including your wife the day i was there.you are better off calling the manufacturer on this if you want this job to move faster.
i am not a whirlpool expert, nor did i claim to be.we were asked to handle this and we did that to best of our capabilities.
im not sure of the limits to this site but, these claims under general law are slanderous and will be examined by my attorney for possible legal action.
my address was given as well as my phone number.im not sure how this adds to the credibilty of this claim and would appear to be done in a malicious manner.
the other company guessed who i was as if he knows im bad or something.
maybe,just maybe he knows he is my backup
btw, as far as my company shockingly,not being on the internet.
whats even more shocking is that you have no idea about how laws work or that you are unable to use google to find me.
