Premier Shopping Rewards Premiershoppingrewards.com Made promises never followed through, will not answer phone calls Tustin, California

My husband signed up to become a member of Premier Shopping Rewards in October. At that time he was promised gift certificates and a $200 gas card. A month later we called and after being on hold for at least 45 minutes we finally talked to a customer service representative. We were told (again) that they would send vouchers via e mail. Another call,  two weeks later netted us the same results. We were told to check our "junk mail box" and within 48 hours we should receive our vouchers. Another wait and nothing..another call nothing. In fact I am still on hold as I am writing this report. It has been 35 minutes. I called four different numbers, including the web master, who forwarded me to a "premier shopping representative" the same recording as I have been listening to for close to an hour!

 I left a message for them, and called back immediately hoping to get a person. This "non" service has charged our credit card approximately $60 and we have received nothing. If we ever get to talk to a customer service rep. I am going to demand a refund for the $60. (Not that it will do any good) This is fraud at its very best...I am not only reporting them on this website, but also reporting them to the BBB and anyone else that cares to listen.
