Premier Whitening bright smiles did not realise that ordering a trial product, for the price of shipping, would cost me so much money. Internet

I also had a big problem with everbright smiles.
I ordered a trial of this product, for a delivery fee, which I did not even receive.
I then was charged $174.38Aud, from premium white, for a product I did not receive.
I tried to contact them, but to no avail.
Eventually I had to close my bank account, as multiples of money was taken out of my account from an unidentified source in America.
Cannot prove if this is connected, but makes me very sus.
