I ordered a 14 day trial tooth whitening system for $1.95 I had 10 days in which to cancel the product if I did not want it. I cancel the product on 11/9/09 which was 8 days from date I ordered the product I was instructed to mailed back the remaining product (I was given RMA # of Q11111015) to their office in Texas which I did.

A few days later I was charged $92.37 I called the number I had (888-694-9257) and spoke to a representative which told me once they received the returned product they will credit my account.

I have tried to contact them at the phone number I have and there is message that states the number I called is not in service.
