 I had my student loans go thru this company because it was in default. I set up for the payments to be directly debited from my account every month on the 22. Come April 18 2013 I called to ask if they would take out on the 26th, not the usual 22 due to my payday not being until the 26th. The first lady I spoke to said she would set my payment out to the 26th, and told me my account balance which I did not agree with. She told me she would have my representative call me back. After waiting 2 hours I called them back, this time I spoke with a Sarah, she explained to me about the interest rates and what not and also agreed to take my payment out on the 26.

Come the 22 I recieved an email alert from my bank informing me of an overdraft on my account. I immediately called premiere credit and again got put thru to 2 different people none of which had any idea what to tell me. I finally get to speak to a woman who sounded like she was willing to help. She had me fax over my bank statement and assurred me that this would be fixed.

The next day I looked at my bank account and I had over 4 overdrafts (175 dollars) all rooting from this companys error and lack of communication. I then called them back got put thru to 3 different people none of which knew anything. The last gentleman I spoke to had me email over my current bank statement, and said to me within 48 to 72 hours they would have an answer for me.

I waited for the weekend to be over gave them until Wednesday and decided I would again call them. I finally spoke to Danielle Heubusch and as rude as she was she told me this whole thing could take up to 2 to 4 weeks, due to the amount I was asking to be reimbursed. 

All of this happened in April. I FINISHED PAYING my student loans off on the 24th of May. Still no answer from premiere credit on the money they had said I would be reimbursed for I decided to call today and find out what was going on. Of course I have to explain to the first individual I speak to the whole story. then i am informed that the Danielle I need to speak with is at their New York office, after asking what the number was to Danielle Huebusch I was transferred over to a woman who stated she was the manager of that area. I explained to her who I was and why I was calling. This woman was extremely rude, would not listen to anything I was trying to explain to her. Finaly she stated that she would call me back in 15 minutes she needed time to look over my file.

I was home today for 2 hours after I spoke with her. She never called me back. I got off of work came home checked caller id, and of course no missed call. I called them back. I speak to a Barry who by the way was super nice and curteous to me. He transferred me over to the same lady I spoke with earlier Mrs. ?. Immediately this woman was rude to me. I told her I noticed she never called me back, she gave me some go around about how the times are different her system would not allow them to call me back. Then she informed me that she is overnighting me a $35.00 check. I was upset by this because why in the world would this take up to 2 or 4 weeks and not even be in the amount asked for. She said this is all she can do, I said so if by tomorrow I do not recieve this 35 dollars that I will call back and instead of answering me she hung up.

I am extremely happy at the fact my student loans are paid off and that I DO NOT have to deal with this company anymore. I recieved nothing but confusion, irritation and overdrafts to my account due to this company and it's error.  This whole thing has been a huge inconvenience. I'm basicly out 140 dollars.

Of course I still have not recieved the 35 dollar check that  was  supposedly overnighted on May 30, 2013. this company is just plain ridiculous.
