Premium Infotech FZLL ---Fujairah technician: Sam Martin is who I talk with. his ext. # is324. I wasn't given an web address or physical address. the last word I put outside of the comp. name I think is where they are located. they said they were w/ facebook. i belived them but ended up charging me $493.00 later i heard they weren't with facebook but i'm having a hard time getting a letter from facebook saying fraud. my credit card comp. wants me to fax from facebook just somecryone other than me saying it was fraud. i'm having a hard time reaching them or hearing back. my credit card is going to make me start paying it. i need something ASAP from someone so i can fax them proof. that comp. didn't help me at all. they have called 18 times maybe more in 21/2 weeks saying they want to ck. my computer i hang up on them. maybe Fujairah on my credit card bill it seems their from Fujairah Internet

i was looking for facebook's phone#. i found this #1-855-675-0086 there's also this # 1-855-675-0108. the 1st # i was incontact with Sam Martin(techician) ext. 324. Service date 3/16/2017. they charged me 493. dollars. i kept asking you're really with facebook. i tried contacting facebook about having 3 fack pages. when i didn't hear back that's when i found their #. After a few days i heard back from facebook on my page they said they took care of it. that comp. didn't fix anything. my credit card comp. wants a letter from facebook or someone other than just me telling them that indeed they are fraud.  now my credit card comp. Junper the dispute dept. has waited for 2 months for me to fax some letter but can't reach facebook. i sent them another email with the help from Mirosoft disability Answer Desk giving them all the infro. on this company asking them to email me ASAP. Oh, my case number with Microsoft right afterwards now an old one -1352846044. i talked to Lyn ref.# was 1387568990 this one might be my 1st case #. tonight june 16th case # 1389026248 talked to Lady. MiMircosoft sent me an email saying yes it was fraud but put that comp. wasn't with Mircosot instead of facebook. we sent Sean another email asking him to change the wording. i found this site i think called Support One, i tried to find it again i goolged how to contact facebook and found that site but i couldn't tonight. the woman i talked to with Support One i told her about this she said yes it was fraud facebook doesn't charge you anything for help. that's when she told me how to send them a message. that's been over a month still no answer. i tried again tonight like i said earlier. if you need more infro. please feel free to contact me. oh my case # with the dispute dept. with my credit card comp is DP1802456 their fax is 1-866-390-3437 incase you want to fax them saying this was a fraud.
