I purchased a Microsoft Office 2010 download. Received the download with key and instructions promptly. However when attempting to activate with Microsoft I was told that it was an invalid product. I attempted to call their customer service number numerous times and received a recording that they were assisting other customers and to leave a message. Left message-no reply.

I sent an email. No reply. I attempted to use their live chat but a message popped up that no one was available to chat and to send an email. I paid with PayPal and filed a complaint with them. After PayPal's investigation they sided with me and told me I would receive a refund in several business days. I am waiting to see if the refund clears.
