Premiun Mega Saver Phone ripoff fraudulent ripoff business Miami Florida

Premium Mega Saver called and asked me if I wanted to be a member of Hartford Auto Club. I told them yes only to the Auto Club. They also asked me for Premium Mega Saver phone service. I told them no, since I already had phone service for my company. I received a letter the following week stating that they have debited my account for the amount of $54.90.

I was shocked when I knew that I had previously stated to not have the service. I then called this company and to this day have not been able to repair the damage that they have done to my account. This has been going on now for the past 6 months. I have spoken to 1 customer service rep whom told me to speak to her supervisor. He eventually called me back and I told him the problem.

He told me that he did not have the authority to debit my account back. We listened to the recorded conver-sation to the first phone call that they made and I told them no twice to the question of the Premium Mega Saver service. I kept disputing my case with this "Mr. Bones", who would not tell me his whole name. He referred me to another 800- number. I still am disputing this case. They keep giving me the run-around. I will be willing to talk with anyone about this matter.
