Mikio Vandrunen claims to run a company called Preservation For A Cause. He calls himself a traveling property preservation company and claims to cover the entire state of Ohio basing himself out of either Cleveland, Columbus, or Cincinnati. He changes it up. He promised to pay me the hourly equivalent of what I was making at my part time job at the time only more, the hourly amount but equivalent to 40 hours a week if I left my job to work with him. He now owes me over $1500 dollars and won't return my calls.

While I was working with him I believe there was a group of men he got to dump trash from one foreclosed house in north Linden Columbus I'm sure he hasn't paid them either. The other lady who was working for him is also not getting her calls returned. I won't mention her name outo of respect. He is driving around on expired temporary plates and a suspended license. If you meet him don't do work for him. The entire time he always "forgot" to write up an employment contract for me. This is supposed to be a man who wants to help victims of domestic violence and at-risk youth? He always trash talked my mother, a domestic violence survivor herself! All he wants is to make quick money off of unpaid labor. And he will use you to do it.

Trying to save face

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Thursday, December 15, 2016

The "owner" is trying to save face. His excuse for not writing a contract is it was on his laptop. He kept making excuses for why he hadn't printed it out. Every time he got paid he would say his client failed to pay him the promised amount and I would see my cut next time. I tried to get in touch with him and he would hide behind his girlfriend, letting her do all the talking. At first she said that he said (always talking through her instead of being professional and respectful enough to do it himself like a true business owner) he would definitely pay me the following Friday. That Friday came and went and no payment. She started arguing with me saying since I never signed an employment contract that he doesn't have to pay me. Again he would always say "I will" but never printed the supposed contract he had on his laptop. And now months after I have given up on any payment whatsoever he finds this report and would rather file a rebuttal than be the business man he claims to be and settle with me himself. "Business is business" my grandfather would say meaning no matter the personal relationship he has with that person, be it familial or whatever, business agreements were always separate. This man seems to think he can use claims of personal relationships to discredit my report. Though true it goes both ways. He tried to employ his "girlfriend" for easy labor and thought to use that to discredit any verbal business agreement we made. Telling me "You have to remind me to write up your employment contract" and when I did he would conveniently forget anyhow. He thinks disappearing in the middle of the night without word constitutes as breaking off both relationships. Reality is he tried to employ more people than he could afford to pay and made agreements above his means and decided it would be in his best interest to skip town because in reality his client, the company he contracted through, only paid him enough for himself and he wasn't finishing enough projects to rake in enough money to pay his subcontractors. He couldn't even afford the supplies to finish the jobs unless he bought them, used them once, then returned them to the store when he was done for a refund or in store credit as if Walmart provided a rental service. Hey Mikio. Why don't you just pay me even half of what you owe me? But seeing as how you'd rather hide behind other people than own up I think we can just let this lie as a bad relationship both personal and business wise.

Pay No Attention To This Outragous Claim

AUTHOR: Preservation For A Cause - (USA)

POSTED: Thursday, December 15, 2016

This lady was a former ex girlfriend of my who I have tried to help a great deal. She got upset that left her for someone else. Furthermore I never promised to pay her what she was making from her former job . Its funny how she claims she never got a signed contract from me who takes a job offer with out a signed contract or written agreement as to how much they will be compensated.
