Do not become an IC with this company. I worked there for 6 months. I gave two weeks notice there and they never provided my 2 final settlement checks. They also help themselves to docking your pay for a customer you serve but another IC serviced by mistake so you eat that mistake.

Additionally, its a very hostile environment where management constantly yells and screams at staff, talks down to them and abuses them verbally. The facility is filthy and the bathrooms are aboit as disgusting as you can only begin to imagine. Urine scented aerima is wonderful... NOT.

The pay never works out to an $18 per hour selling point. Take out fuel, insurance, wear and tear, oil changes and you make about 8 bucks an hour. Terible place to work, terrible management to.work for.. and a rip off for money settlement.
