Prestige Travel Service ripoff false promises horrible cusomer service Miami Florida

I was looking for an all inclusive vacation for my husband and two close friends to travel to. He didn't really care where the destination was as long as it was warm and easy to get to. I found an excellent price to Jamaica. Unfortunately for me my husband had inquired at Prestige about another package and they promised to give us the same exact package for 150 dollars less per couple. Needless to say they lied.

They booked us in the cheapest rooms the resort had, not the gardenview cabanas we were promised. I booked the trip for four people on september 21 with direct flights to and from Jamaica. Of course two days later we were informed that had cancelled those flights and rescheduled on other flights. I called and requested to be changed to another airline or another destination.

After several phone calls they agreed. I waited and called them at least 10 times asking about our travel documents, vouchers etc. No one would return my calls. Five days before we were due to leave I finally spoke to someone who asured me I would recieve the papers next day. I only recieved papers for two people. They forget to change half of my group. Phone calls went back and forth and they said if I wanted my friends to be on the plane with us I had to pay an additional 176.00! They screwed up royally, never returned my phonecalls, and 2 days before we were due to travel they demanded extra money. What a terrible, awful experience.

Never in my life has any travel agency done so poorly. I think they are operating out of a post offfice box in someone's house! They are a joke do not ever book anything with them, go with a nationally recognized travel agency with a reputation to uphold. I am disputing the charges with my credit card company and reporting them to the BBB bureau of Miami. I am also going to complain to LibertyGoGo Travel who they brokered the vaction through.
