Prevalente financing services fraudulent and unprofessional Internet

i was in dying need of a loan to attend to some very important issues but all efforts to get a loan from banks and other financial institutions were futile. Because i have never taken credit cards or laoans before, all the financial institutions said i had no credit so i couldn't apply for a loan. So i started searching for loan options online and filled out a few applications for loans for people with poor credit. i eventually received a call from a company named prevalente financing services who said they were in Jamaica but work with other united states financing companies to help assist people with poor credit who are searching for loans. So they ask me to sign some paper work and they intelligently managed to manipulate me to pay $2700 before i receive my loan and they claimed those were insurance and border tax charges. i applied for than loan about 3weeks ago and i still haven't received my money and they keep calling everyday with excuses and try to extort some more money from me and they have refused to refund my money to me.  i will be very grateful  if you can help me get my money back because i emptied my account to pay that $2700 with the hope that they would in turn provide me with the loan.
