PrideShip Transport and Logistics James Lamountain, Andy Hall, Weston Cruz-Reynolds PrideShip Tranport stole my money! CROOKS! Goshen, Ohio

I contracted with PrideShip Transport and Logistics via the uShip.com website on 9/5/11 to have PrideShip transport the items in my storage unit in Tallahassee, FL to my apartment in Aurora, CO.  I paid the company $836.10 via PayPal on 9/11/11.  I spoke with the driver, James, to determine he would pick up my items around 9/22/11.  He never picked up the items but did call two weeks later to explain he would pick them up in mid-October.

On 11/3/11, after several phone calls to attempt to get in touch with James, I received an email from Weston Cruz-Reynolds (646 248-3530) who explained that PrideShip had had several delays due to weather and mechanical difficulty, and that I would be contacted by my driver (James) in 8 business days to reschedule the transport.  On 11/18/11, I emailed the company (after several unreturned calls) asking for a refund.

I still haven't heard from anyone!  I resent the email with another demand for a refund on 11/29/11.  I still have not heard from them and their voice mail box is now full.  I have contacted PayPal who closed my case within 24 hours due to the elapsed time from the initial payment.  Uship.com has attempted to contact PrideShip but have not received a response.  Uship.com has also suspended PrideShip's account on their website due to PrideShip's lack of communication with them and other clients.

Don't give them any money!  They are crooks and thieves.  I've filed a complaint with the local police and an Internet Crime Complaint.  I still don't have my stuff and I don't have my money!
