primary care associates doctorr hinks false information Anderson South Carolina

I was supposed to go in a routine colonoscopy consultation and when I went in the doctor ask me some question about my family history and I answered them then he mashed mt stomach and asked me did it hurt and I said yes and then he put down on paper that I came in with stomach pain which was not true and filed it that way on my ins.and then they refused to pay because of the false info he reported so I asked if he could refile it and they said no he could not and I ask why because it was:nt correct and they said he could get in troble for doing so my ins said that they would pay if it was coded correctly  but the doctor refruse it make it right I have called so many times trying to get it corrected but have had no luck that is just plain wrong what he did not telliung the truth.can someone please help me get this fixed the want me to pay 423.00.
