I applied for a loan, and got ripped off so far my Bank (Bank of America)and the scumbag whom only answered the phone once, told me that that was to bad, and I am just out the 159.95 I did not authorize these funds to be taken out of my account, Do we as consumers not have any say over our money? why is this such a big problem I did not write them a check, my bank says I did, but cannot find it, and the scumbag from edp reporting has yet to send me proof that I offered them permission to take these funds out of my account.
