Prime Mutual offered what I thought was a "company credit card", in other words one of those cards you use at their store only.There was no mention of this being a pre-paid card in their ad., and it has been changed to say that it is a pre-paid card since I first saw the ad.
They deducted $159.95 from my checking account, on 4-12-'06 and have yet to send me a card. After three e-mails and two phone calls I was able to talk to someone who said that I did indeed order their card.
Today is 4-23-'06 and now I find out that these people have done this to a number of other people. I do not want and would never pay that much for a pre-paid card when I can obtain the same thing at any Safeway store for $10.00!
Can you help me get my money back? If not can you put me in touch with a legal service who can help me?
