I used this company June 16, 2018. The movers were to come out to the home between 10-11am, and we didn’t hear from them so we called and left messages. Finally we got an email from the company and there appeared to be a phone number issue no worries.

The company agreed to come out to the old home, and they didn’t show up until 3 hours after 12:30. The move was underway and we realized that we couldn’t talk to the movers moving the items due to language barrier they spoke Russian, they were nice but not good that didn’t understand us. There was an third agent that came with them and he sat in the truck the whole time. The agent collected the money at the beginning of the move that we agreed to for $650. At the end of the transaction and ready to go to the new location the agent came up to us and told us that we needed an additional 1212.00, and we we’re floored. We didn’t have any actual furniture, tables, just two bedrooms, and they asked for 1200 more to move the items.. The company didn’t pack for us, so we didn’t understand. We stated that we were not paying the costs of this, and the agent then told us that they could unload the items but this was going to cost us $347.00, + $95.00 for the labor. This is absurd! Finally we agreed to go and get the money orders in which all they would accept to unload the items. The agent then claimed that he talked to his Boss and that they could deliver the items for $750

Due to we were without a lot of options and needed to be out of our current home, we paid these amounts. The agents then came to the new residence which is only about 1.5 away, and they claimed that if we help bring in the items they could setup the beds etc. Two of us assisted the movers moving are on items, only to be told by the driver that they ran out of time, and they were throwing boxes into the garage and they left.
This company is closed on the weekend so we couldn’t call anyone. We attempted to call the offices on Monday 06/18, and we left 5-6 messages and they have failed to return any calls at all. We will be filing a lawsuit, and also contacted the CFPB about scamming customers, and being unresponsive.
