Ordered postcard for a local non-profit event on week-end. They guaranteed that we would be able to pick-up on Friday at the PA office. After driving three hours to the office we were told that the order would not be ready until Tuesday. After calling sales rep back the rep pretended to have amnesia and didn't know what we were talking about. After explaining that the material was for disadvantaged kids for our event the sales rep told us it wasn't her problem and didn't care.

they guarantee 24 service on the order firm and you pay extra for the service, but they dont ever comply.

Stay away you get what you pay for.
