Used this company for more than 5 years without any problems.  Our account representative Kate was wonderful.  They did a great job for us printing our collateral and handling all of our mailings.  Then Kate resigned.  Her replacement Colleen was rude and indifferent when we started discovering that recipients on our mailing list we provided did not receive the mailings at all, or they had the incorrect addresses for the recipients, and/or the address and names on the mailers that were returned to us as undeliverable were not correctly labled.

When we emailed Colleen to see if we could find out what was going on we couldn't get a response. Several emails and calls were made. When we finally did connect with her, she was so indifferenct and unwilling to help us solve it, we were dumbfounded.  She was rude, kept interrupting us, blaiming us for the error.  Surely the thousands of dollars we had spent with them over the last few years meant something to them, but no.  We tried mulitple times, quite politely I might add, to resolve this, or a least try to get to the bottom of what happened.  We were put on hold, transferred from one person to the other - none of whom had any authority or knowledge of how to help us.  We asked to speak to someone in management and even asked for the owner.  The receptionist kept sending us to Colleen who gave us the same run around over and over.

Finally we were able to get Colleen on a call with someone in management from our organization. We explained our last two mailers resulted in less than 20% of the response we normally receive because of this error. Our mailers generate the majority of our donations for our charity.  This loss is considerable to us.  Colleen suggested that maybe we shouldn't use their services and the end basically said they didn't want or need our business anymore so they were fine with us not using them any longer.

We are very disappointed in this company and in the way they resonded - or didn't respond to helping us resolve this issue. Their printing quality and customers services has seriously declined in the last year.

I cannot recommend this company.  They are undependable and their customer service is way below acceptable.  Obviously their management has left the running of their company to some low-level staffers who are making grossly poor decisions on how to handle customers and what accounts are valuable to them.

Do NOT use this company for any printing or mailing projects as your customers may not receive what you want them to receive, if they receive them at all.

R. Scott
