    Do you know how Internet advertising works?   Do you really think that companies like Yahoo and Google go out and vet every one of the tens of thousands of advertisers on their sites?   You can't be serious.   If you want to know who should be "accountable", look in the mirror.

- My question is that shouldn't a person who FREELY gives their credit card information to a web site without reading what they are signing up for be held accountable for their actions?
