Today November 21, 2006 I received a debit from my checking account for $29.95, not recognizing this amount I called the bank to ask who had debited my account. I found out that Privacy Matters 123 had, they offer a site where you can get your credit scores and reports online with 3 in one report for $29.95/mo.
I did not order this and have a site that I already belong to for checking my credit reports and scores.
This is fradulent billing and apparently not the first one, I agree that a class action suit should be brought against this company by all involved.
I do plan on going to the bank to reverse this, I have email Privacy matters and I am sending them a letter today demanding a paper statement of the date they say I actually signed up for this. Consumer beware of your checkbooks! and this site.
