Pro FL Vacation Rentals, Inc Raquel D'Saronno, Lies, Deceit and Bait & Switching Davenport/Kissimmee, Florida

We booked a two month stay with Pro FL Vacation Rentals to stay at a very nice Resort south of Kissimmee. In mid summer Raquel D'Saronno contacted us and said she could offer a us a discount if we prepaid as the owner of the property wanted to install a tile floor and needed the money to make it happen. We agreed and she withdrew the agreed amount from our credit card company. The next week she sent a second withdrawal without our knowledge. When I noticed the payment on our statement and contacted our credit card company I told them there had been a mistake and a double withdrawal from our account.

We were told that the bill had been submitted twice and paid each time. I contacted D'Saronno and she said that their accounting department made a mistake and double billed us and that it would be taken care of within the week. We checked our statement after a week and no credit. I called D'Saronno again and she said again she would take care of it. This went on for a couple more weeks and I called our credit card company and filed a report with them. They credited our account and after a couple of months finally got the money from Pro FL Vacation Rentals. !!!! LIES!!!!

When it was time for us to leave our paperwork came from D'Saronno and the address for our rental was different than what we had agreed to rent. I called D'Saronno and she said that the property we rented had been sold and she had to move us into a different resort. We were familiar with the new resort as we had stayed there before. We left for Florida and upon arrival could not get into the unit as the code she gave us would not work. After several phone calls we finally got a hold of D'Saronno and got the right code and were able to get into the unit. The carpet and furniture were very dirty. !!!! BAIT AND SWITCH!!!!

After a day or two and no response from D'Saronno to clean the carpet and furniture my wife and I rented a carpet cleaner and did it ourselves. We were at this location for a month when D'Saronno called us and told us she had to have us move as the unit we were in had been sold and the new owners were moving in. She told us she had a house for us to move into and it was much larger, had a garage and a pool. We moved to the new location, which was about 2 miles away.

As we got settled in we found out the dishwasher, garbage disposal and dryer did not work. The pool area screening was full of holes and or rips. The carpet and air vents were very dirty. The shower was moldy. I called D'Saronno and told her about the problems with the place and she said she would get them all taken care of. We went back and forth over the problems but absolutely nothing was done for us. She continually blamed the lack of repairs on the property owner and was trying to resolve the issues.  !!!!DECEIT!!!!

I found out who owned the property and on our way home contacted them to see if they were aware of what was going on at their property. They did not know and made reservations to fly to FL and find a new management/rental company. Two days after we got home I received  an E mail from D'Saronno and she said she would never rent to us again, had no business looking up the property owner and  no right to contact the owner. I never replied to the E mail but can't imagine that she actually thinks we would ever want to rent from her or her company again. I have found out that this woman and her husband are convicted felons and she has spent time in Federal prison.

Save your self a lot of grief and run, don't walk, from any dealings, rentals or anything else with either of the D'Saronnos or Pro FL Vacation Rentals. Instead of rentals these two should write a book on One Million Excuses to Tell Others to Cover Your Butt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
