Pro Source Wireless prosourcewireless Refuses to allow me to ship this awful product back. EVEN if I can't get my money back. Internet

My daughter wanted a mini-computer. I found one on line! Great. When it arrived it was not great. Turned it on twice and began the process to return the item. Emailed the company. No one ever mentioned a 7 day return policy. They said they would be glad to offer something that cost more- would probably be what I was looking for. I'm sure it is somewhere in small print and I'm stuck. 

I did receive a phone number to call. The guy basically indicated there was nothing I could do, nothing he could do and he was a floor manager. When I asked to ship it back--even if I wouldn't get a refund, he said that he could not give out the physical address without a return authorization and I was not eligible. This mini-computer operates like an early 1990's computer operating system. It is junk.  Don't be fooled by this computer like I was,
