Pro vacation Rentals Inc Scam/ Fraud, Took my money, rented house with no power, unauthorized chagred twice for vacation house rent, no refund, Kissimmee, Florida

I have been recently ripped off by Pro Vacation Rentals Inc. company. I reserved a house through this Company for Christmas in November 27/28 2010 . The house rent was $740 for period from 12/25/2010 tll 01/01/11. They only allowed payment by sending a voided check so that they could electronically withdraw. I asked if it could be paid by other method (because I feared giving out electronic access to my account) and they stated no. Their credit card system is broken and will not be fixed in 14-21 days. So, I faxed the voided check so that they can reserve the house for me. Initally they withdrew $300 for resrvation using voided check on Nov 30, 2010. After two days on December 1, 2010 they withdrew $440 (without authorization and without notifying me) and then on December 8th 2010 withdrew another $740(without authorization and without notifying me). So in total, they made three transactions to withdraw money from my account and took $1480 from my account.

When we reached the house in Florida which we rented through them on December 25, 2010, there was no power. so i called their number, no answer. After sending them email by blackberry this lady named Liz, told us to stay in motel & they will refund the money(at that point i only knew about first two transactions). We stayed in motel for whole our vacation. About the third transaction, i got to know when i came home from trip & checked my bank statement. I sent them email asking clarification for third transaction and for refund as she promised. She said accounts team will check and we will send the refund for both but till now i havn't got any refund. I have tried to contact them by phone, email(she has listed my email as SPAM) and have gotten no response.
