Proactive Property Management is a company that is a fraud, they lack integrity, respect, humanity.

I made the worst mistake to trust this company to manage my home, when I moved overseas back in 2011. I sign a contract for 3 years and the first month when I was in Belgium they made the mistake to write my routing number of my account, so I got the rent 23 days later. That was the beginning of my nightmare with this careless ravaging company. I let that 1st problem go. Three month in the contract they called me for a flood that house had and they handle it poorly, overcharging me, I took a plane back to see my home and found it is a unsanitary and despair way, the tenants they found me kept my home in a deplorable condition, with animal feces, bed bugs, termites, trash everywhere. My neigbors informed me that they grass was never cut, ad that the company never inspected my place. I confronted the compamy and they told me that what is clean for one person is not for the other. they threaten me  and told me I had no rights in my home, becaue I sign a contract with them and to go away. I wnet back overseas and 4 more months passed by and I recieved another phone call of another flood that they were overcharging me the repairs, this time I did reach the limit to see my home in worst condition and hire a lawyer and that stoped the bulling this company of vandals were doing to me. When I got my home back and let the tenants go and moved back I spent all my savings, fixing the deplorable condition this compamy and the tenents left . they took my money, let the tennats destroyed my place and I sold the house after I lost all my money fixing all the destruction behind. I had severe stress, and hadto be hospitalized 2 weeks for depression, anxierty , post stress disorder.

Thsi company are inhumane, they refused to fix the problems and treated me like a piece of trash, they threaten me, drove me to bankrupcy, severe anxiety, broke, sa, Because of them I lost everything and all I have is pain , sorrow, because no justice is done and they kepp in bussiness. I want to sue them so I set presedent so others dont suffer wnat i have suffered.

My life is detroyed.
