I ordered this produc on Jan.14 on the 24th they took 149.90 out of my account.I called spoke with Shawn.Called the 15th spoke with John ,told him i wanted to cancel,he told me to fefuse .Recieved on the 26th return the 27th.Called around Feb.wanted to know when i would get my credit.Was told it was in the warehouse from Shawn,to call back on Fri.I called Fri.spoke with Mike,was told it would be processed that day.Recieved a call from a women no name was told i should have overnighted it.I was told to write the company ,big runaround.They sent the product back to me ,onlt this time it only took 2 days.If this isn't a ripoff i don't know what is.How can you get a free trial if you don't have the product?I will go down fighting not even the money now its princable.
