Professional Fitness operated in independent gyms nationwide, lure you into a training contract for very low rate. The contract is impossible to cancel. People at the gym told us to fax a letter to Professional Fitness' main office in Raleigh, which we did. Monthly later we're still getting charged every month. Finally just cancelled the debit card, but we're still out $1000.

Called the main office dozens of times before being able to get someone of authority on the phone. When I did, they told me I was lucky they weren't charging us to cancel. What nerve.

We're interested in participating in a class-action law suit. Going to talk to a lawyer later this week.
