Progressive Homesite PISSED OFF.... Boston, Massachusetts

My house was considered a total loss and my insurance company deemed the fire as intentional or arson, so i have been dealing with this bootleg company for over a month and a half and still there isn't a conclusion, the agents are poorly trained and the adjusters and supervisors are stuck on stupid, they don't believe in returning phone calls, they lie to you, but do they tell u these things when you are paying your preminims to them, what is the purpose of buying insurance if the company is only going to screw you in the end, i would recommend progressive homesite to my worst enemy, do not ever go with a insurance company like progressive homesite, because you will be disappointed in the end..
